Lucinda the end of the earth :o not quite! but here you can see the curvature of the earth if you look closely you can see the wharf curving.
Cairns: On a lovely evening we walked along the Esplanade and it happened to be the night of a full moon which was a spectacular sight! We then went to the night markets across the road where we indulged in some food and walked through the night markets where they sell cheap souvenirs. I purchased a really touristy singlet that said ' I love cairns' and a 'knock off' chanel phone case. The night markets in cairns is a 'must do' such a great experience and fills in your evening.
The drive from cairns to port douglas is spectacular~ gorgeous sandy beach views. Definitely makes it feel like summer :D
